The real object of weight loss should be the loss of excess pounds until you feel your best, whatever weight that is. The object of weight loss should not just to take weight off of you. You can do that easily enough by starvation, hunger diets, or a short trip to a concentration camp. In the process, you expect to look great and feel even better in an improved state of health.

Contained in the rich nutrient supply of Dulse is a natural, very active source of desirable Iodine. With a well supplied thyroid you don't feel sluggish. You can move around and shed pounds.
Chickweed and Dandelion Leaf also help us, as diuretics, to relieve fluid retention. Now, add to this well designed combination a protein food at each meal, for example, a cereal grain such as rye, millet, brown rice (please no Uncle Ben's converted rice) or yellow corn. These can be taken in the form of cereals or breads or crackers. Aged cheeses can be taken, such as Swiss or Cheddar or Munster. Do not use wheat or potatoes. They stick to the ribs. Keep natural nut butters refrigerated after opening, as they contain no chemical "preservatives".
Yogurt from regular real milk (NOT Low Fat Type) provides not only easily digested protein, but also, a rich source of B-Complex Vitamins for energy and well being. Eggs are a good source of protein and fat. Use only fertile eggs. Just don't harden the yellow and you can forget about cholesterol being a problem. Enjoy them "sunny side up", "over easy", soft boiled, poached or raw, blended in black cherry juice. If cholesterol were really the enemy we are told it is, then all baby chicks would be "born dead" and died of hardening of the arteries. Cholesterol is used by the body's glands to make hormones. If you don't eat enough cholesterol in foods, your own liver will actually start manufacturing it, and more than you could probably eat even if you worked really hard at it.
Other acceptable sources of protein are seafood, fish, chicken or turkey. You can also use a protein source such as Protein Extract or, if you desire vegetable sources, use Five Good Extract or Liquid Bee Pollen at the rate of 20 to 80 drops per meal. Have a large green salad each day. Please, no Iceberg head lettuce, as it is not green enough.
Herbal Combination: Chickweed, Gentian, Siberian Ginseng, Dulse, Dandelion Leaf, Licorice Root, Cascara Sagrada.
DOSE: 40 to 80 drops 3 times per day. By using W.L.-W you may drop some unwanted water weight and inches before dropping pounds of fat. Weight reduction may be slow at first with only inches of water weight lost first. You will not, however, be damaged health-wise in the process. A good idea is also to take 40 drops of Vita-Lixir (an all vegetable source multi vitamin supplement) and 40 drops of A.C.S. (All Cells "Salts" minerals from all vegetable sources) along with 40 drops of W.L.-W at each meal. And then don't eat again until you are actually hungry. To complete the flushing process necessary to this program, drink 6 to 8 glasses of spring water each day. Now, persist with this life style change and you will reach the destination you have desired, and in the process regain your health.
