Safflowers has been historically used if for low iron blood count, so absorption of iron is made easier. One teaspoon of Safflower Extract added to one cup of hot water to make a tea, taken frequently, sweats out a fever or cold. Good remedy for childhood complaints. Safflowers liquid extract can be rubbed on the back of neck, wrist, spine, temples and forehead hourly, as needed. Aids in production of stomach "juices" so food can move through without gas and bloating.

Recommended dosage: 40 to 80 drops following meals or as an in-between meal pick-me-up.
