Ingredients:
Frankincense resin oil, steam-distilled, wildcrafted

Recommended Use:
All oils should be diluted prior to topical use. Not for use during pregnancy.

Gardening Ointment for cuts

1 T. Golden Salve
1 T. Aloe Vera Gel
3 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil
3 drops Lavender Essential Oil
6 drops Frankincense Essential Oil

In a bowl,mix the Salve and Aloe Vera Gel until they are blended well together. Add the essential oils and mix thoroughly. You will have a very cool, refreshing salve to the touch. Wash cuts thoroughly and place Ointment on cuts. Repeat as needed.

Contraindications: Do not use in pregnancy.

CHRISTMAS SPRITZER

26 drops Inspire Blend- Natures Sunshine
6 drops Frankincense
8 drops Red Mandarin
6 drops Pine Sylvestris ( now in the video 8 drops were counted out accidentally) therefore it is not a challenge to have 6 or 8 drops. It is a Spritzer that is to be used in the air not on the skin.)
2oz water
2oz glass amber or colored bottle with Sprayer

Place essential oils in the bottle. Add water. Place Sprayer on top and fasten tightly. Roll between hands and shake well. Place label on the bottle. Spray in each corner of the room.

Stress Blend

5 drops Refuge blend
5 drops Red Mandarin Essential Oil
2 drops Frankincense Essential Oil
1/2 oz Carrier oil

Combine the essential oils with the Carrier Oil in a ½ oz. /15ml Roller ball bottle. Roll the bottle between your hands to mix the contents together. Apply twice daily or as needed to the temples, forehead, back of neck, creases in the wrists and elbows and corresponding reflex points on the hands and feet.

Keep it in your purse or pocket.

Contraindications: Do not use in pregnancy. Phototoxic.
