Thank you for your consideration to join the steadily increasing list of responsible people who by joining the Native American Church of Cante Wowicakhe (CW), are standing up for their Constitutional Rights to participate in and to hold indigenous, healing, earth-based, empowering ceremonies.  

Legal precedence dictates that the mother church, Oklevueha Native American Church, and the independant branch of Cante Wowicakhe has full Constitutional Rights and Protections, as other registered churches worshiping in the US have been receiving, since September 17, 1787.

You may join Cante Wowicakhe by filling out the form below and aquiring a membership card. Membership Cards will be available in three levels.

• Seeker of Natural Health - This option is for the person who is pursuing health utilizing natural methods.  Members receive a laminated card showing they are members of CW. Suggested donation is $25.00, price in cart is $23.50, check out total will be $25.00
• General Members - For the person who wants to learn more about Native American Ceremonies and / or attends our monthly ceremony. Members receive a laminated card showing they are members of Cante Wowicakhe. Suggested donation is $25.00, price in cart is $23.50, check out total will be $25.00
• Spiritual Leaders / Medicine Women / Men memberships - This level provides the professional protection provided they maintain an active membership and fulfil the necessary requirements for defendability. Members receive a laminated card and a certificate suitable to frame and display showing they are members of Cante Wowicakhe.  Suggested donation is $100.00
